Your statement is like saying "If McDonalds would just go out and hire highly experienced CEO's and high powered businessmen with years and years of experience to flip their burgers then maybe that would require the pay and QOL to increase in order to attract those types of workers" (If that statement seems ridiculous, it is..just like your posts)...ha ha... Calm down there turbo, he has a point. The expierence required to get any given position depends on those available. When there aren't alot of high time pilots on the street of course less-expierenced pilots will be flying 121. McDonalds would require all thier burger flippers to have culinary training if there were that many qualified applicants on the street looking that low for a job. Just because you got hired with low time does not mean he is trying to attack you.
