Nope, I won't calm down. I am sick and tired of this perception and it's wrong. I will not entertain his or your ideas. It's wrong and I will not step down. It is an attack on all of the highly qualified low time pilots. I won't stand for it. He does not have a point. First year FO's with 30,000 hours and 20 years of flight experience will NEVER EVER EVER earn more money than a first year FO with 500 hours and no 121 experience. After hearing this over and over and over it gets old and I'm tired of staying silent.
