When there aren't alot of high time pilots on the street of course less-expierenced pilots will be flying 121. McDonalds would require all thier burger flippers to have culinary training if there were that many qualified applicants on the street looking that low for a job. Just because you got hired with low time does not mean he is trying to attack you.
Nope, I won't calm down. I am sick and tired of this perception and it's wrong. I will not entertain his or your ideas. It's wrong and I will not step down. It is an attack on all of the highly qualified low time pilots. I won't stand for it. He does not have a point. First year FO's with 30,000 hours and 20 years of flight experience will NEVER EVER EVER earn more money than a first year FO with 500 hours and no 121 experience. After hearing this over and over and over it gets old and I'm tired of staying silent.
