While even 1 is too many the fact that there have not been a lot more incidents is amazing. We have very young aircrews that fly very long days at all hours. In the early days it was very fatiguing in that we were doing 20-26 hours on 16-20 off for one month at a time. I timed out at 150 hours a month few times. So, while 3 may be a lot, I am very happy there have not been a lot more.
