How many people are leaving Eagle a month now?
After the last "pilot staffing" meeting the union reps had I think the number was 10-12. I don't know if that was in previous months and/or whether it is still consistent.

I knew a few guys who left a few months back but they had their old jobs waiting for them. I had another friend who was going to leave but thought better of it when he looked into the job market.

I think the company will be reluctant to hold a new hire class until everyone is out of long term training from the Saabs etc. and they can get a decent idea of the staffing needs. This will probably be in time for the summer hence the summer hiring rumors. Any hiring will obviously be limited and for the sole purpose of having warm bodies to satisfy the staffing number requirements.
