Yes, as long as they met the appropriate definition. Private pilot flight times may be applied to the commercial experience requirements where applicable.
One thing that hangs people up sometimes on (4) and (5) above: these items must be performed solo, as in nobody on board but the pilot. No girlfriend, pal, etc. Not even a stowaway pet. You aren't even supposed to THINK about having these things on board (kidding).
