It looks like just about every DC-9 Captain who was displaced has been recalled. There were even some awards. When I went thru CQ they said they needed 200+ DC-9 pilots for this summer. It seems to me that they should have left the 757 guys/gals there, since they will be going back soon for BP5. Hopefully, that is....
They must need a lot of pilots on the DC9 for the summer. I think they know one of the only ways they can staff the FO slots are via displacement, hence the nasty APAs lately.
Hopefully the 757 displacements will be going back soon, I was enjoying the Bus a lot. It'll be nice to reunite with the Diesel 9 again though.
As much as I hate the sweating, I really enjoy flying that beast.
