It should be obvious to anyone paying attention that we don't restrict the site to just pilots. Anyone with an interest in aviation is welcome to post. Especially if a ones spouse is a Colgan pilot, for pete's sake...
We have many non-pilot users here that contribute in a positive manner, even a mod who is an attorney. Besides, nerd, there is no provision in the software for you to delete your account...hehe....
