We are so overstaffed right now that a ton of pilots went to the chief with concerns. The only hiring right now I believe is into pools just incase when the summer bid comes out, people from the Carib might quit.

The overstaffing situation is really starting to concern me. The folks in HYA apparently know what they're doing, but many of us down here are very concerned that when we go back north in a couple months, we're not going to be able to make ends meet. God help me if I get BOS and get stuck with a backup line with a 35 hour min without the $3/hr override. Many of us will be hurting pretty badly if we can't get any overtime this summer.
