The overstaffing situation is really starting to concern me. The folks in HYA apparently know what they're doing, but many of us down here are very concerned that when we go back north in a couple months, we're not going to be able to make ends meet. God help me if I get BOS and get stuck with a backup line with a 35 hour min without the $3/hr override. Many of us will be hurting pretty badly if we can't get any overtime this summer.
That is whats happening now. I am backup in the north for this week and there is no need for me tomorrow; its just slow everywhere. I think with all these extra pilots this years transition between the south and north seasons might get a little rough.
