With all do respect, many feel the crux of this policy is to get people like the above mentioned promoted. I think it is valid and relevant to point out the types that will benefit from this change. We have enough of them running around and this change will create even more.
In fairness to the policy though, there are many folks who are not in a deployable slot who make great things happen and should not be penalized for not being able to deploy. I think large sweeping moves like this are not fair to the folks sacrificing 365 in the desert. And by the way, I am not AMC and most above posting are not not either. AFRC.
