The verbiage for what you're trying to do is "reinstatement" checkride. It need not be a CFII nor MEI check, even if you have those. No writtens required, and and no FAA inspector required. What you need is the CFI practical test standards--that will tell you on page 1-xiii the exact tasks/areas of operation the the examiner must see. It appears to be:
- Endorsements, plus one other technical/instruction area
- Two takeoffs/landings
- Two stalls
- One performance maneuver (chandelle, lazy 8, etc.)
- One ground reference maneuver
- Emergencies (engine failure)
- Pre- and post-flight ops (obviously)
