Since they usually occupy mostly top end spots on a seniority list, how is it that our relative standing on said list would change little; whereas growing the bottom of that samw list will affect your/my position? Well I'm very junior, so if the DC9/MD88 flying is replaced with outsourced 76 seat flying then there will be less need to hire, right? I'm not trying to fan the fire here, that's just how I understand it.
If our flying shrinks, then my relative seniority will not change as much as it would if the 100 seat flying is retained, correct?
