Provide analytical support for planning and development of Piedmont Customer Service division into an efficient, competitive business unit. Assist projects to improve performance of US Airways Express. Role includes cost modeling and forecasting. Provide statistical analysis, KPI development, evaluation of regional wage and other labor costs associated with new bids. Support business planning analysis such as training, staffing, wage compensation, equipment, etc. Support reporting and presentations as required.
