ALPA is a complete joke. I have been giving them $30 per week for the last six years, for what. I work for 9E, almost five years with no contract. ALPA's is more concerned with helping Mainline, we are just a small revenue stream who they could care less about. We should all tell ALPA to start representing us, or to stick it were the sun doesn't shine.

HA! Now THAT is funny!! Where have you been the last 10 years? Mainline is really doing well, aren't we? I make half what I made in 2002, have lost my pension, and we are literally half the size we were 10 years ago. Oh, while our flying is going to be down 15% this year alone, our regional feed us going to be UP 8%! Get over yourself and see the bigger picture.
When I was at the regionals, the RJ was just starting to be developed. It made me SICK to think that we were going to be getting that plane, because it just meant longer for me to be stuck in it. If I were starting in the business today, and saw that for more and more people the regionals were a "career", I simply would have gone the other way.
