Still very much in the dark. If they sent you an app, great. Honestly the company doesn't really keep us line pilots in the know. Maybe there's something in the works we don't know about that's going to require more pilots! Always a possibility.

BWI isn't currently a base, but that could always change. Currently it's just Lancaster, PA and Hagerstown, MD as pilot bases, flying in and out of BWI each day.
