Mr. Harten did an outstanding job. I remember hearing the tapes the first time and being amazed at what a great job he did - calm, cool, and collected - just what I hope for eveytime from a controller when I have a problem. I felt that he was beating himself up a little in the article/in the hearings. For instance that last line of the article when he says that he had to get his self-confidence back. Mr Harten......you didn't do anything wrong. You did an excellent job! BRAVO ZULU!
