Especially those who a.) overestimated its value, b.) overstated their income, or c.) said screw it, I'll just refinance it later when I can get a better rate.
No one has the "right" to own a house, nor should everyone own a house. Especially when people like me (I don't own a house) will end up being the ones to PAY for YOUR house...
