It is very frustrating to see these 20 year old FO's who went through zero to hero in 90 days through some pilot mill. For most, this is their first job. Industry is not what it used to be. I remember back then, we had to earn the right to work in airline by logging extensive number of hours. We striked when we needed and we got what we wanted.
