You seem to HOPE that we cant fix it and just sit around telling everyone what they can and cant do. Fortunately we dont have to ask for your permission or need your help to pursue this
few years off? Could happen but not likely as of now. Either way i would rather worry about the near term and have positive long term career potential than to have stayed at my old regional and "peaked" there. To each their own. You chose to peak at ASA, deal with it and move on. Good luck in the new plane.
