DUDE, the law changed the regulatory age and did not change our contract - which is why we can still go at 60 WITHOUT penalty, because it was in the contract that the normal retirement age is 60. And you want to give that away? You want to write into the contract a requirement that I'll be senior to you for ANOTHER five years?
