Whoa, man....If you recall, I didn't have a SAY in this seniority list--nor did any TWA pilot. Every AA pilot could have had their voice heard when the crafting of Supp CC took place. Not so for the TWA pilots. Now, I'll yield to the fact that there was NO support from National ALPA which is who we're now in court with. You could have Ozark'd us if you liked and we probably would have accepted it.

And when you go ahead and give me a percentage of natives to TWA you can't tell me that the natives took the brunt. Yes, I understand the need to furlough...but there was absolutely NO DOUBT who took the brunt--the TWA pilots. A fair ratio? Hardly.
Add to it that a smaller AA in the future DIRECTLY impacts all TWA pilots and much smaller percentages of natives and perhaps you can then see the less than enthusiastic zeal that the TWA pilots have for a job action.
