He is a hypocrit because he doesn't do what he preaches....He should quit because he isn't being payed what he thinks he should be making.....I'm not going to take a lecture from a mainline pilot who is making about $150 dollars an hour to fly a 747.....I made 100K flying a turboprop last year....I am not the problem....
