Actually I only made $90 an hour flying a turboprop, but we have a lot of "soft time" credits....I had one month of 120 hours pay with only 85 hours of flying....Seniority and knowing the "system" helps...
How is anyone supposed to enter this career with your philosophy? The pay sucks at the bottom everywhere and is one of the reasons I am not going to start over again at the bottom.....Everyone who goes to work in this business does so for a substandard wage....a substandard wage that the union negotiated....I hardly see how that is the fault of someone who is looking for a job.....
