You guys do realize that there are A LOT of experienced pilots on the street right now and companies are flooded with resumes. They are not going to look at every single resume!! You have to very pro-active in this economy right now. If you know someone at the company, have them walk in your resume, write an internal letter of recommendation or have them personally talk to HR or Chief Pilot. Career fairs seem to be another good way right now to get an interview offer on the spot. Keep showing interest in the company! You have to take matters in your own hands right now. No employer is going to come knock on your door and offer you a job! I recently had 2 job interviews where both companies had well over 800 resumes on file. I would have never gotten an interview invite if I didn't have someone personally walk in my resume and talk to the Chief Pilot on my behalf and I kept showing interest. It sucks right now and employers can be very picky as to who they want to hire! I'm not sure how AMF operates, but from the sounds of it you personally have to call them up and schedule an interview. Again, call them up, show interest and enthusiasm for the job, and you might be surprised of the outcome
