Remember who is flying the Q and for how long though. Lynx started 15 months ago and is under Chap 11. Colgan started a year ago and hasn't had a chance to negotiate yet. I am sure both will have much better pay scales in two years.
Horizon has been at it for a while and have better pay than most RJ 700's.
