How would you be "assigned" to HKG? There would have to be a bid and the guys over there would have to hold something "stateside" before there was an opening. Unless they opened a MD domicile over there I would think you would be pretty safe.
Another HKG vacancy bid, kinda like the one currently open. (As you must keep HKG Cap at 100% in your standing bid to keep passover.)
