From one to another, may I suggest you get involved with 99s and WAI. Both are great organizations for female pilots and both have forums and/or digests that you can participate in for discussions that concern female pilots. These have been my biggest support groups when things are rough or i doubt my career choice (which happens every time im furloughed)
As much as I enjoy chatting with the guys here there are many things about being a female pilot that they just dont get.

Also, both of these programs offer many many scholarships that can pay for a large amount of your training. If you have any questions about either one of these programs (neither website is very user friendly but with some time you should find everything...) feel free to contact me via pm and I can help you in any way possible.

Good Luck.
