I'll go along with whatever the membership says, But I am surprised the EB would suggest changing our Contract we have fought for over so many years.

In regards to lowering our pay, that is not a good road to go down. We'll show the company our bottom line for the future and once something is given, it is almost impossible to get back.


so with regards to a lower guarantee or pay, it aint getting my vote. I will not dilute our Contract.
