I hope they don't. Don't get me wrong it's nice to get greenslips but it's even nicer, in my opinion, to have a life. We short staffed the airline from November 2001 (when we started furloughing) until February 2007 (when we started hiring). Not being able to drop a trip or move it to different days because of reserve coverage gets real old after a while.

Hopefully we can go back to staffing for the slow season and cover the summer with greenslips. That way you can at least recover your sanity some time during the year.
