Anyway, back on thread. Is the CRJ course offered only to enrolled students or is a donated CRJ sim now a profit center aimed at the public?
Programs there have pretty much only been available to current students. They have really never had the resources to do outside training.

As for the learner-centric...yeah I don't understand that either.
