And if anybody wants a good read about the struggle blacks have had trying to get in this industry pick up the book "Turbulence before takeoff;" about the first black commercial pilot that had to go and win a case in the Supreme Court in 1963 before this Air Force officer was allowed to make a living for his family.
Can anyone guess what major airline that is still around today fought him in court for five years to keep him out of the flight deck?

In order to understand the logic behind such decisions in the past one has to have at the very least a fundamental understanding of racial genetics.

In the past the general concensus was that the Black race was inferior to Whites as far as intelligence goes. This assumption was gathered not from hate but from such things as scientific and IQ studies.

Then along came the neo marxist 1960s movement and all those studies were thrown out in favour of "equality."

That being said, I am sure these Black women are very intelligent just like Obama but these studies took into account a whole race, not a few exceptions.
