I'm curious why we don't have an open time ban... Would our pilot group even vote to put such a measure into our contract? How do we look out for each other?
Not surprisingly, this little nugget is not in our current contract. UPS can legally stop picking up open time, while we cannot.
I do not pick-up open time and have never been junior manned. As Otto stated above, I can do it, how bout you?
