In that case a reputable 141 school is the way to go. I haven't thought about or looked into it in a LONG time. But when I needed to finish up my commercial and CFII-MEI I went to American Flyers. They were well organized and quick. But that was nearly 25 years ago! (Wake up call I must be getting REALLY old!)
I have no idea what they are like today. If it is simply ratings you want 141 is the way to go. Don't get me wrong there are some GREAT part 61 schools out there but they tend to be a bit less consistent than the 141 guys. I can't personally recommend a great part 61 school either.
