I am a little late responding but this was my exact question. At a former job we were polled by some independent agency and if the 'score' of the employees polled did not reach some threshold then the Company could not be considered by Fortune to be one of the "Best".
Cal has a few good points but it is FOR SURE in the bottom of all jobs I've had including mowing and digging weeds when it comes to me feeling valued by my employer.
