Got that right. It all starts at the top and trickles down hill. If mainline doesnt take it back, there is not going to be anywhere to go in 5 yrs. For the most part this career is about moving up the chain. If mainline keeps letting the slack out and giving up scope, there isnt going to be anything worthwhile to move on to.
