As I said in a previous post as long as the cost to furlough exceeds the cost to retain there will be no furlough. In the meantime we can expect to see the company push as much of this cost to retain on to the pilots. That is exactly what is going on right now. Instead of concentrating our efforts on sticking together too much of our efforts are going into tearing each other apart/down. Time is running out, especially for our most junior pilots.....
