And when was the last time "your" company gave cash to help the codeshare or another codeshare. To do that you must make money. Well, guess it depends on what you consider "giving cash". If I remember correctly, XJT pilots "gave cash" to help CAL. If they were unable to "give cash" and help CAL, they would have found another company to do it for them. And the company that CAL was going to go with already "gave cash" in various forms. And none of them were that great for the regional pilot side of things.
Don't forget, after the IPO/spinoff, XJT was operating at a VERY health cost plus arrangement with CAL. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 10% if I remember correctly.
