Every time you make a power adjustment, you got to re-trim it. The ATRs that AMR operate are getting warn down. If the GPU is not putting out perfect power, the entire electronic system is subject to a psychotic episode. You might even think the entire avionic stack is going to catch fire during one of those episodes. Sometimes it likes to do random TCAS test. I have even seen it do random stick shaker test. No HOTEL mode = hot ass cockpit. The captains like to ***** at the rampers every time they park because it is cumbersome and rampers are trying to do some precision parking job. If you have a bad landing you can avoid all contact with passengers by hoping out the forward cargo compartment.
