It's refreshing to see management put their money where their mouth is...I was sure they'd fight SAPA on the health and flight benefits until the day they furloughed. Let's hope enough of us want to do other things for awhile

What do y'all think? How are voluntary leave programs working out elsewhere (ie Eagle)?
Seems to have been working out fairly well here at XJT though we still ended up having to furlough. But those that wanted the time off got it while sparing some folks at the bottom who didn't.
