I'm not sure about the classroom fail rate... but there are a few that don't complete IOE and are terminated. Being on the flight standards side of things I see some of this first hand. A bad attitude is usually the culprit.

Skywest will work with most anyone with most anything as long as you have a good attitude. If you make excuses and get a bad attitude... your gone. This goes with new hires and guys that have been around for a long time.

My advice, study hard and accept responsibility when you screw up. No one is perfect and they know that.
