Training costs didn't seem to keep the company from having the giant excess bid last year to let all the over 60 guys back into the window seats. Seems to me that if they were that worried about training costs they would not have held that one. Could have waited for openings and let guys go back then, but they didn't bother. Maybe the house buying, move packages and training costs will cause them to reconsider, but I don't think so. Then again, if they fill HKG maybe it will be worth it to cancel some of the awards and stay fat in the BUS.
