Looks pretty decent to me. AWAC offered much less but I think they knew pilots would be out for a longer period of time with no medical and no travel benefits.

The Medical and differnt length of leave is a nice pro that SKYW is offering. For guys who can afford the month or more off it is a great deal. Spring and summer around the corner
