Most of the Airbi have tillers on both sides. The -320 series I flew did.. no fights.

For some inane reason OPS said only the Capt could taxi the airplane and they went so far as to monitor the FOQA data to see who was steering the airplane. It's what happens when you sit in windowless offices day after day.
