No....because people don't care and have to become rich off their loved one's death. The poor capt's widow is probably going to go through hell because people will probably come after every penny. And she didn't have a thing to do with this. It's really sickening. If it's not about money, then anyone that wins a lawsuit should donate the money to charity. Ya right!

Not only that, don't you think it's a little early in the grieving process to be suing already? That alone shows me that it is about money.
