By key elements, i was referring to getting reporting it to the FAA. Understand it is not something I am proud of and I just wanna get past it but somehow, I overlooked reporting it which got me past it but didn't keep me past it.


As far as how many beers I had, i can honestly say I had 2 beers. Regardless of what, they still stuck me with the DUI. I don't know if the machine was not working or what but I still got convicted. Found out later on that there wasn't any report on the incident which made it almost impossible for me to meet certain requirements. Only record they had was I got arrested and I went to court and was convicted.
