No, we are both wholly owned subsidiaries. USAirways already has rights to all of our routes and gates becuase they own them. The respective 121 certificates have nothing to do with any of that. But on the other note, I'm not sure if a 121 certificate can become invalidated due to inactivity or not. Doesn't really matter though because the Piedmont name will likely be kept in lieu of a merger and the PSA brand shelved. But anything is possible.
