How can YOU tell those people you hear over the radio are not US Citizens, my point being, just because they have an accent does not mean they're not US citizens because this discussion (at least what it turned out to be) is US Citizen vs Resident and not Person A with accent vs Person B without accent or White Vs. Non White. You get my point? You probably have an accent to me if I heard you on the radio...
