Well,

There is an active effort among mainline pilots to demote the 190's down to the wholly owneds in lieu of new Airbus deliveries.

Mesa is teetering on the brink of a shutdown.

Many are forecasting a possibility of a dramatic economic turn around by mid 09".

Those are all optimistic items but real possibilities...The other thing is this: There are some odd goings on that really defy even the usual SBY nonsense..

One, they have known about loosing these aircraft since January. Probably as far back as November. Yet not even warn letters have gone out. Why?

Honestly I don't think SBY even knows what is going on. Mainline is up to something big regarding the wholly owneds. What is is I think will play out by mid-summer.

A new permanent bid was supposed to have been issued this month. It hasn't. Why?

In the past, PDT furloughed as soon as they had even the slightest but of justification. Yet despite a furlough having been economically warranted since last summer, no furlough. Why?

All my own observations..But interesting questions nevertheless.
