It's called unity dude, perhaps you should familiarize yourself with that term. Why do you think we are co-writing our contracts huh? To stop the wipsawing and the infighting. Or did you even know that.
Our contract is trash. I have no idea what your is. I'm just talking about pay rates. Assuming your payrates (the one listed on this site) are accurate, PSA pays better. both CA's and FO's. Look it up. Secondly are far as the undercutting goes, everyone has there own strory. All happened before I was here and I couldn't care less one way or the other. While the CRJ cetainly is no "dream machine" especially the 200, I would rather be in it than a dash. Why? Faster, quieter, Most all flights are above FL200. and our MX doesnt use the full deferal period for the APU as is common at Peidmont (im guessing). I've DHDed on Peidmont countless times the last couple of years and can count on one hand the number of times the APU actually worked. However, I bet the Dash is more fun to fly. Not sure if I would say our flleet is in "shoddy shape". If PSA and Peidmont were to merge, how many pilots at Peidmont would stay in the Dash if the could hold the CRJ? Excluding those close to retirement. I'm guessing not many. I have no interest in arguing who is better because the answer is neither. Both are $h!tholes but PSA would be getting the short end of the stick. IMO
