Nothing will come out until they figure out the staffing levels need at each base after the new block hours get calculated with the fleet reductions. Otherwise they will paying a bunch of forced moves to send people back to wherever junior base they were based before

That SBY does not even knows what is going on ??? I hardly doubt it .. they have a plan otherwise they won't be in bussiness. As it was said in the last executive letter "it is just a plan" and it does not always comes out as planneed. That they know what to expect in 5 - 10 years I put you money on it. That they will share it with you ??? absolutly NO.. They have not reason for; specially, if they know you are leaving in a 3 years.
Sorry to break your dreams but it is just my drunk night 2 cents share. So I might be wrong too; but who knows ????
